In this beginner-friendly class, you’ll paint a unique Alabama-shaped design featuring a covered boardwalk, sea oats, and other coastal elements that celebrate the charm of the Eastern Shore.
Along the way, you’ll learn basic watercolor techniques, including simple washes, color blending, and layering, while completing a beautiful piece of artwork you’ll be proud to frame or give as a gift. No experience is necessary, and all supplies are provided.

You'll learn essential watercolor techniques, color mixing, brush control, washes, and simple painting methods while completing beautiful projects each week.
No experience is necessary, and all supplies are provided. Whether you've never picked up a paintbrush or you're looking to refresh the basics, you'll leave with new skills, finished artwork, and the confidence to continue your watercolor journey at home.
This course meets on Thursday evenings and includes four approximately 2-hour sessions on August 6, 13, 20, and 27. Each week builds on the previous lesson, giving you time to practice new techniques while developing your watercolor skills in a relaxed, encouraging environment.
